Hi there, I’m MathsDoctor, a physics graduate with 18 years of teaching and tutoring experience in maths, applied maths, and physics. I’ve guided thousands of students across Ireland with maths, from primary level to university level, in both private and group lessons. Having scored an A1 (now H1) in Leaving Cert maths, I know what it takes to reach the top.
I’ve loved maths since I was a kid, puzzling over fractions at 6 or 7 and marvelling at its practical applications. Starting early helps, but anyone can master maths with time and effort.
Maths can be tricky for many, but every student has unique strengths. With some grinds and determination, they can overcome obstacles and feel more confident. I focus on creating a fun, positive setting to make learning maths much more manageable.
